General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to the transportation services offered by:

These GTCS aim to define the terms and conditions under which ABC DESTINATIONS provides private hire vehicle (VTC) services to its individual or professional clients.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
The services are governed by Articles L.231-1 to L.231-4 and R.231-1 to R.231-9 of the French Tourism Code.
They consist of providing a vehicle with a driver for private or professional trips, including:
Transfer services with a predetermined departure and arrival location;
Services with vehicle provision and waiting time (weddings, events, etc.).
These services are primarily offered from the following departments: 40, 64, 33, 32, 47, and 65.
All services must be booked in advance by the client or their representative via:

The booking must specify:
The date and time of the service;
The pickup location and drop-off address;
The number of passengers and amount of luggage;
The contact details of the passengers;
The payment method.
Any booking is only considered final after confirmation by ABC DESTINATIONS.
Prices are fixed and determined in advance at the time of booking.
Rates are quoted all taxes included (TTC):
VAT at 10% for transfers and mileage-based packages;
VAT at 20% for hourly services.
Rates include:
Provision of the vehicle and driver;
Fuel;
Tolls and parking fees included in the initial service;
Insurance for the passengers.
Not included:
Entrance fees or specific charges related to locations chosen by the client;
Additional costs resulting from any changes to the originally planned service.
Any modification requested by the client may incur additional charges, formalized by an amended service order.
Payment is made:
At the time of pickup for one-way services;
At the time of outbound pickup for round-trip services.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount may be requested at the time of booking.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email, SMS, or phone).
Cancellation more than 72 hours before the service: deposit refunded.
Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours: the deposit is retained by ABC DESTINATIONS.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service: the full service fee is due.
If ABC DESTINATIONS cancels the service for a reason not constituting force majeure, the deposit paid will be fully refunded to the client.
Vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Pets are allowed only if they travel in an appropriate transport carrier.
ABC DESTINATIONS reserves the right to refuse or interrupt the service if a passenger’s behavior compromises safety (intoxication, violence, drug use, etc.). In such cases, the service fee remains payable.
Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory.
Each passenger must carry a valid form of identification.
ABC DESTINATIONS is bound by an obligation of best efforts.
It cannot be held liable in the event of:
Loss, theft, or forgetting personal belongings in the vehicle;
Delays caused by external circumstances (traffic conditions, weather, accidents, strikes, demonstrations)
The personal data collected is used exclusively for the management of bookings and services.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the client has the right to access, correct, and delete their data, which can be exercised by contacting: abcdestinations@icloud.com.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer client has the option to use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve any dispute amicably.
